Each drop = 5 trivia questions + 1 prediction.
The ladder pays: day 3+ ×1.2, day 7+ ×1.5, day 14+ ×2 on trivia earns. One grace day per rolling week covers a single missed day, free — an uncovered miss puts you back to ×1.0.
Amounts are live from earn_rules. Streak multipliers apply to trivia earns.
What's in a drop?
Each drop = 5 trivia questions + 1 prediction.
What is BUZZ?
Points you earn for playing. No cash value, never for sale, can't be transferred. Recognition only.
How does the streak multiplier work?
Your streak multiplier is real: day 3+ pays ×1.2 on trivia earns, day 7+ pays ×1.5, day 14+ pays ×2. Predictions are separate — bold calls there pay up to 3× on their own. You get one grace day a week — it covers a single missed day automatically, free; the multiplier resets to ×1.0 after an uncovered miss.
When do predictions score?
At the resolve time shown on that prediction. Predictions lock in at submit and grade automatically; configured pick and hit rewards are shown separately.
When does a new drop unlock?
Midnight ET, every day. One drop per player per day.
What are boards?
Community-run leaderboards on the network. Some boards rank their members on this daily drop; others run their own branded questions, and those rounds build a standing on that board's leaderboard without crediting BUZZ. Launch your board →
What if I miss a day?
Miss a day and your streak holds. One save every 7 days. Restoring a streak never costs BUZZ. Two straight misses reset the streak, never your balance.

Guests can play. Add your email to keep your BUZZ and streak across devices.

For wine voices
Founding hosts wanted.
We're inviting a small set of wine voices — writers, MWs, sommeliers, educators — to host. Your own leaderboard with your name on it. Your own people, counted and yours. Your own tastings, run your way with our tools. You bring the voice; we bring the room.
Founding Host №0 is WineTwits, hosted by Steve Gilberg, on the STX.WINE board. №1 is open.
What a host gets
- Your name on a board that's yours. Run our daily wine round or name your own topics — regions, bottles, whatever your people care about. Your own leaderboard, your own link, your own people counted.
- None of the work. You write nothing. One link and a mention. We write and run the board.
- Your numbers. What your audience actually did — plays, returners, new players — reported to you, not guessed.
- A founder's cut. Founding hosts split 20% of everything STX.WINE earns from sponsors and wine sales in its first two years, by active players, and keep founding terms for as long as they host. No cash floor. The floor is that we do the work.
Our first host activation runs October 5–11.

In 2008 we founded WineTwits, a community of 100,000 wine lovers, retailers, and winemakers. In 2009 we pioneered the virtual wine tasting: hundreds of hosts pouring the same bottles in homes and restaurants across the country, tasting and talking together in real time. One night in Napa, our tasting trended #1 on Twitter nationwide — a single event that reached 2.8 million people. Now we're bringing WineTwits and the virtual tasting series back, rebuilt on Bitcoin.
